Greetings, Manna Bible Institute Family,
I am excited to be the 12th President of Manna Bible Institute. I know the work ahead is arduous, however, God is able to do exceedingly and abundantly above all we could imagine. On September 12, 2022, I officially took office as the head servant of Manna. Although the Fall Semester has already started and students are well on their pathways, it is up to us to guide them through their educational process. Please know that the students are the main priority and everything else is secondary. You all know that if we do not have students, we do not have an Institute; “So goes the student, so goes the school.” I have so much faith in God and believe without any doubt He has heard our cry. He is delivering us out of bondage.
I want to thank all of you for your generosity and love that you have shown me as your new President. Many of you have raised me and watched me mature as a son of Philadelphia. I know it will not be easy, but I am up to the challenge. The first order of business will be to assess the process which will encompass small one-on-one meetings with each of you to help me clearly see the vision of Manna Bible Institute. I expect to gather information and fact find before changing any of the current formats which precedes me. I do have a working strategic plan to help mobilize our current formats which take all of us working together in order to maximize this plan. Secondly, I need to understand our work habits, hours of operation, and academic offerings. I am well aware that we are “NOT” a collegiate institution YET, but we must operate as if we have already reached accreditation. Finally, I am looking forward to a great academic year as the 12th President of Manna Bible Institute! Let us anticipate, let us re-imagine, let us re-think, let us re-engage, let us re-focus, and let us REMEMBER that God has NOT forgotten US!!!!
Blessings!
Kevin M. Aiken, Ph.D.,
